• An enrolled member of the Navajo Nation
• A fluent speaker of the Navajo language
• Knowledgeable of Navajo history, culture, and traditions
• Between 18 and 25 years of age
• Single, never married, with no partners or dependents
• A high school graduate or earned a GED certificate
• A valid state-issued driver's license (REAL ID preferred)
